Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Peroux. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.

Because damiana is a botanical that works gently and builds over time, we encourage you to give it consistent daily use before deciding — but the guarantee is here for you either way.


How to Request a Refund or Return

Starting a request is simple:

  1. Email us at support@peroux.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  3. Briefly let us know the reason for your request (this helps us improve — and helps us help you faster).

Once you reach out, a member of our Customer Care team, Bianca, will personally respond to guide you through the next steps, typically within 24–48 hours.


Refund Eligibility

You're eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request within 30 days of delivery.
  • The request is for a product purchased directly through peroux.store.

We'll replace or refund right away, no return needed, if:

  • Your product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order never arrived (and tracking confirms a delivery issue).

For damaged or incorrect items, a quick photo emailed to Bianca helps us resolve it instantly.


Returns of Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept physical returns of opened supplement bottles — but you do not need to ship anything back to qualify for your money-back guarantee. Your refund is honored based on your order, not the bottle's condition.

For unopened bottles, you may be asked to return them to our fulfillment center; we'll provide instructions if so.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation from Bianca once your refund has been processed.

Bundles & Multi-Bottle Offers

If you purchased a multi-bottle offer (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 2 Free) and wish to request a refund, the refund will reflect the total amount paid for the bundle. Free bottles included in a promotion are part of the bundle and are not refunded separately.


Subscriptions

If you're enrolled in Subscribe & Save:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no fees, no hassle.
  • To make changes, email support@peroux.store at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment, and Bianca will take care of it.
  • Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day guarantee from each shipment's delivery date.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or did not arrive.
  • If a return of unopened product is requested, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
