We want your Peroux experience to feel effortless from the moment you order. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Free Shipping on Every Order
We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed.
- Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed over a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery Timeframes
After processing, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at support@peroux.store and Bianca, our Customer Care lead, will help you locate it.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the United States.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately at support@peroux.store — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at support@peroux.store.
- If your order arrives damaged, email Bianca a quick photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged item.
- We'll always work with you and the carrier to resolve delivery issues fairly.
